Fall Sailing 102 Intermediate Osprey

Prerequisites: Sailing 101 Beginner Osprey (may also include sailors who have completed Sailing 102, 103, and 301)

Age Range: 8-12 years old

Length of Session: 4 weeks (meeting one time weekly from 4-7pm)

This camp is for sailors that have already mastered the fundamental sailing skills which are covered in Sailing 101.  Sailors will continue to build upon their skills and develop more comfort and control in their boats. They will work on sailing upwind efficiently with more precise steering. Sailors will also move to the next level in seamanship, learning more advanced rules of the road, understanding navigation markers, and more. During their intermediate course, they will have some exposure to racing and adventure sailing.
